Casita/ADU:
The detached Southwest-themed Casita offers its own private sanctuary with a king bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, gas fireplace, and serene vibes—ideal for guests seeking a little extra peace and quiet. Sliding glass doors also lead to the backyard and hot tub—and a wonderful view of the yard. You will be renting the Casita exclusively, no other guests at the main house.

Outdoor Living:
The backyard is your own private retreat, backing up to BLM land and surrounded by towering pines. Gather around the gas fireplace, grill up a feast on the BBQ, and enjoy the abundant seating and incredible stargazing (Sisters is an International Dark Sky Community!). The hot tub is the perfect way to relax after a day of adventure.

Tollgate is a hidden gem with a seasonal pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day), tennis and pickleball courts, basketball court, volleyball net, and scenic walking and biking trails. It’s the perfect blend of nature and recreation.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
